The diagram is a "word salad" and difficult to comprehend, initially. It requires study, but that is not the point of this article. Americans were not taught this in school.
During the American Civil War in the 1860's, two parts of the American Government disappeared and were never reconstructed...
The Civil War was actually a mercenary conflict between two corporations...
The "North" was backed by the British and the "South" was backed by the Pope...
Things have not changed much since the 1860's. The two elements of the American Government are still missing...
And foreigners still control the situation...
Corporations are still fighting a "war."
The American Fiduciary is concerned the crooks are trying to pull another fraud and substitute one of their corporations for the long-missing Federal Republic that belongs to Americans...
Today, there is and can be no active Confederation. It disbanded in 1861 and neither it nor the Federal Republic it sponsored has ever been Reconstructed by the actual States of the Union.
Please make this information widely available as needed.
Just as the Tories brought in and substituted their British Territorial States of States organizations for our American States of States on an "emergency basis" after the Civil War, they are now trying to promote the idea that their States of States are the members of the original Confederation and that their Confederation is going to reboot the Federal Republic.
This is another self-interested British Territorial lie seeking to pull the same kind of Substitution Fraud Scheme as when they substituted "a" President --- Abraham Lincoln --- for The President, meaning The President of The United States of America, our Federation of States.
We must all work hard to learn the facts and be ready to stand our ground and assert our right to run our own country and government -- and our Federal Subcontractors and the Principals responsible for them must be convinced that we know who we are, know our own history, and know them for who they are, too.
Therefore, work with all speed and spread the word by all vehicles and venues possible, and teach the American people their own history and ability to determine their own destiny. Make it clear and simple and consistent and true, so that the chaos and confusion that our self-interested government service providers promote is recognized for what it is and set aside. ...So how is any justice to ever be realized when these corrupt foreign corporations just keep on going bankrupt (at our expense) whenever it gets too hot for them?
Answer -- we stop going after the incorporated entities and start going after the Principals responsible for those incorporated entities.
That was the upfront mission of Donald Trump's world tour--- to bring all this corruption and responsibility home to the Principals.
The problem, of course, is that while acting "for" us, himself, Trump was unavoidably conflicted. He was acting as "President" of one of the worst offenders.
All of Trump's many statements about achieving financial freedom, etc., are based on obtaining ownership of our assets and deploying our assets, and to put it bluntly, the problem with that is that these are our assets, not his, not the U.S. Army's.
Lincoln gave the U.S. Army control of our money and assets. We didn't. Lincoln was a rat and a corrupt Bar Attorney with no granted authority to do anything he did.
Our treaties and contracts never provided Lincoln and his Successors with any "emergency powers" and didn't allow any Commander-in-Chief any power to issue "Executive Orders", no authority to purloin our assets, occupy our country, or otherwise dispose of our property and our property rights "for" us.

If true justice is to be done and if the coercive corruption of the Corporatocracy that has gripped the world for over a hundred years is to end, the actual owners of this country must be recognized and Mr. Trump and his supporters must give up all thought of pulling another "fast one", substituting another political party election for the public elections we are owed, and continuing the same old fraud.

Now we know that our military was unlawfully converted into a mercenary force; we know that our American State of State organizations were substituted for by British Territorial organizations; we know that our public elections were supplanted by private corporate elections; our States were replaced by State Trusts, and our Presidential Office has been usurped and replaced by Presidents representing the private interests of foreign for-profit corporations.

UPDATE, January 8, 2025...
Well, there it is...
So now we come to the curious "offer" which has been placed on our table by Mr. Trump and the "Alliance". They propose to, in their words, "re-inhabit" our American Federal Republic which we operated from 1787 to 1861, and simply substitute their British Territorial organization for our "missing" Federal Republic.
We will note that it is not possible for them to "re-inhabit" our Federal Republic, because they never inhabited it in the first place.
Our Federal Republic Government was staffed by Americans who underwent an arduous evaluation and process to become United States Citizens. This process and the particular Citizenship involved is described in the First Naturalization and Immigration Act.
Please note the Federal Republic was staffed entirely by Americans who chose to serve their country in foreign jurisdictions and exercise delegated powers on our behalf.
They were United States Citizens, not U.S. Citizens.
All U.S. Citizens are British Territorial Citizens, like the people of Puerto Rico, which is a British Commonwealth nation to this day.
They are British Subjects, not Americans.
So how would a bunch of "Tories" --- British Territorial U.S. Citizens, registered as such by Birth Certificates and labor contracts --- propose that they should act as Successors to the American Federal Constitution -- The Constitution for the united States of America -- and enter our Federal Republic and substitute themselves and their services for our own people?
Imagine a group of French Foreign Legionnaires offering to take over bureaucratic control of a substantial portion of your government under color of law. What would you tell them?
Strangely, this bizarre proposal is being fortified by ignorant Americans who still don't realize that they have been operating in a foreign political capacity as U.S. Citizens. They think they are the "real Americans" and the rest of us don't know what we are talking about.
