Public Meetings

The subcontractors masquerading as government hold open meetings because people expect their government to operate in public view.

General Assembly meetings are, generally speaking, public meetings.  If the General Assembly wishes to conduct any private or sensitive intrastate business, they simply divide the agenda and close that portion of the meeting, so that only State Nationals and State Citizens participate.

All State Nationals and State Citizens must be allowed to attend all General Assembly Meetings.

Regular Assembly Meetings are scheduled and posted in advance.  Adoption of Rules of Order for the conduct of meeting is highly encouraged.  Publication of an Agenda at least a week prior to all regularly scheduled meetings is also highly recommended.  ("The Coordinator's Handbook", by Anna Von Reitz, Chapter 1, 5C, p. 4)

The Michigan Assembly must make General Assembly meetings open to the public.

The Michigan Assembly must allow all State Nationals (status-corrected ASN's, i.e. Michiganians) to attend all General Assembly Meetings.

Keeping General Assembly Meetings closed and private is unacceptable.

Soil Jurisdiction county assemblies will have authority over the Land Jurisdiction State Assembly.

The State Jural, Militia, and International Business Assemblies will be subsets of the State General Assembly.

County assemblies will each have jural and militia assemblies.

Ultimately, the State Assemblies will have authority over The Federation and The Federation will have authority over the Confederation, if The Federation decides to reconstruct it.

People must learn to think critically and do the right thing.  They must learn to "ride their bikes" and make their Government work.

They must trust the design of the American Assembly...

• People know each other at the local level.
• Learn actual history so we do not repeat it.
• Operate as committees.
• Discern "trees" by their "fruit."
• American Common Law fundamentals.

American Common Law...

• Presume innocence.
• There must have been actual harm.
• Facts and evidence.
• Armed self-defense.
• Confront accuser.
• Trial by jury (committee).

These things all require practice to be learned.

Opinion: Rework

"Training wheels" can help a child learn how to ride a bicycle.

Nobody ever won the Tour de France with training wheels on his bike.

 

The Federation of States has established the role of "coordinator" to help manage reconstruction of the Land Jurisdiction State Governments.  That role is like training wheels.

The coordinator role will sunset after the Assembly is operational.  Their job is to work themselves out of a job.

So why is the current Michigan Coordinator inserting himself into everything and controlling everything?

This is how The Michigan Assembly is currently set up and trying to function...

It is a top-down, leader-run, organizational structure that mimics a corporation, the very thing everyone is trying to escape.

A few individuals are doing a lot of work, but most Members do not do anything except attend meetings run by the coordinator and his assistants.  Non-Member American State Nationals (ASN's, i.e. Michiganians) are boxed out, as are members of the General Public.  All meetings are closed and for Members only, and meeting minutes are only sent to Members.  The TMA Agreement disallows sharing information outside of the Membership.

To be a Member, one must first be an ASN, prove they have sent notice letters (see TMA website), be interviewed and approved by the Coordinator and his associates, and lastly sign the TMA Agreement.

The TMA Agreement was written by the Michigan Coordinator, and he claims it was approved and endorsed by the Federation.  Its purpose is to try to prevent ill-intended people from making their way into the Assembly to disrupt and prevent its reconstruction.  Two documents are signed, both by the prospective Member.  The Coordinator signs nothing.

These administrative requirements keep most people out of The Michigan Assembly, and they keep the Coordinator fully in charge.

Project managers absolutely hate "rework."  Rework is anything that must be redone, repaired, redesigned, or fixed in order to complete a project.  Rework adds unnecessary cost and delays, and is extremely frustrating.  The sign of a poorly-run project is lots of rework.

The Federation provided a "blueprint" for the reconstructing state assemblies to follow, and that blueprint is discussed in a previous post, Pillars.  The current TMA organizational structure does not conform to that plan, and the Coordinator is an integral part of its operation.  How can the Coordinator's role sunset if he is involved in everything?

It will require rework.

At some point, the Coordinator will have to get out of the way, extract himself from everything, and let Members start learning how to do their jobs -- all Members, not just his handful of assistants.

The training wheels must come off so people can learn how to ride.

I eventually realized the TMA Agreement is in the form of an adhesion contract.  Just because we are operating on the Land does not mean Sea Jurisdiction practices cannot creep in.

The Michigan Coordinator prepared the "agreement," and each Member is in the weaker position.  If people want to be in the Assembly, they must sign it.

After nine months of struggling to work with the Michigan Coordinator and trying to help the Assembly reconstruct the Land-Jurisdiction Government, I decided I no longer agreed with the "Agreement," so I rescinded my signatures...

When I did so, I reserved all of my rights, without prejudice, which includes my right to assemble.

The Coordinator cannot lawfully keep me from assembling, but he kicked me out anyway.

Being unbound by his agreement frees me so I can freely speak my mind without being accused of violating my agreement.  For example, I have been free to establish this blog, the Michiganian Free Press.  I may have been restricted before from sharing what I knew about what was going on, but I am not now.  I am free, and he cannot do anything about it.

The state of affairs under the current Michigan Coordinator is, unfortunately, unfair and provably ineffective.  The Pillars are not up, and there is no sign they are going to be up anytime soon.  Friendships and personal loyalties do not outweigh a fiduciary duty to ten million people who are owed Land and Soil-Jurisdiction Governments.

All Michiganians must do what they can to correct this situation and get their government reconstructed and functioning fully.

Project Management 101

Project management is not difficult, but most people do not have the skills to effectively bring a complex project to completion.

Assembling a State Land Jurisdiction Assembly is a complex project.

The three main deliverables of a project are Quality, Cost, and Schedule.

Quality is whether the thing actually works, how well it works, and how satisfied the customers are with the results.

Cost is generally how much money is required to complete the project.

Schedule is how quickly the project is completed.

These three things always trade off between each other, and balancing them appropriately is what Project Management is all about.

Some projects must be high quality and that is all that matters.  Other projects must be done cheaply or they cannot be done at all.  Still other projects must be done very quickly and there is a lot of money available for people to work overtime.

 

It can be argued schedule is driving the project of getting the Michigan Land Jurisdiction Government up and running.  Anna Von Reitz said in Article #4441 on October 30, 2023 it is the job of the State Assemblies to...

…learn the American Way and restore their lawful State Assembly to full operation immediately, if not sooner.

"Immediately, if not sooner" strongly implies schedule is the most important aspect of these projects.

"Learning the American Way" is learning how to be kings and queens.

The Quality of the effort can be corrected as the Assembly learns what it is doing.

Cost is largely irrelevant because it is simply a matter of people getting themselves organized and working together, and Pre-Paid Credit will soon be available.

Schedule matters because every day the Land Jurisdiction Government is not functional is yet another day criminals will get away with heinous genocide and massive fraud.

Some may justifiably argue that those who stand in the way of the Assembling Process, hinder it, or slow it down, are effectively complicit in standing in the way of Justice.

Kings and Queens

Kings and queens are sovereign.

When kings and queens meet, they respect each other and they do serious business.  They do not talk about the weather, or their pets, or the latest gossip.  They do not necessarily have to like each other, either.

A king, or a queen if there is no king, is the sovereign on the Land Jurisdiction of a particular country.  They have "standing" because they are standing on the land.

They are fiduciaries for their people and act for them because nobody else can.

In America, everyone who is born on the Land and Soil Jurisdictions is a sovereign.  That is what the War for Independence was all about.  The people fought to get out from under King George III, and they succeeded.

Americans must act like kings and queens when they meet to conduct the serious business of running their Land and Soil Jurisdiction Governments.

This is new for people.  They do not know how to act as sovereigns because they were not taught how.

There are good kings, and there are bad kings.  Hopefully, people will be good kings and queens, and it will be up to their peers to make sure they are.

The movie "Braveheart" depicted King Edward I "the Longshanks" as an evil king.  In the movie, the character, portrayed by Patrick McGoohan, says to someone...

He then pushes that "person" out of a window to his death.

Obviously, anyone murdering someone on the Land and Soil Jurisdictions deserves equal treatment, if they are convicted under American Common Law by a jury of their peers, but the attitude is instructive.

Nobody has the right to give a sovereign advice if he, or she, has not asked for it.  For one sovereign to exercise authority over another sovereign violates the second sovereign's unalienable rights.  It is up to that second sovereign to defend himself, however.

The purpose of American Government is to provide a forum for sovereigns to work things out between one another.  That government must be in place for that to happen.

Hence, the reason for urgency in setting up The Four Pillars.  Until that happens, lawlessness will prevail.

The Indoctrinated

Boys and girls go to Public School for thirteen (13) years (K-12).  It becomes seventeen (17) years if they go to a four-year university.

Boys and girls learn to sit down, shut up, and obey.

If they join The Military Service, they learn to stand at attention and obey.

 

Public schools operate in Public School Districts.

Districts are military.

The U.S. Army established military districts during the so-called "Reconstruction Period" after the Civil War, and they set up "Carpetbagger Courts" in those districts...

That is not how American Assemblies operate.

Americans must learn to think critically and do the right thing.

Americans are sovereigns without subjects.  Nobody is in authority over them, except their Creator.

We must learn this because we were never taught it.  We were indoctrinated to be in the military.

Those who were actually in the Military will have even more difficulty overcoming and unlearning their indoctrination than those who were never in The Service.

Who on Earth is Anna von Reitz?

Anna von Reitz is the American Federation of States Fiduciary.

A fiduciary is a person who holds a legal or ethical relationship of trust with one or more other parties (person or group of persons). Typically, a fiduciary prudently takes care of money or other assets for another person. (Wikipedia)

What is her role?

She deals with those who are operating in International Jurisdiction.  She interacts with leaders of other countries, monarchs, popes, presidents, generals, etc.  You may not know who she is, but all of those VIP's do.

She is tracking down and securing stolen assets and returning them to the rightful owners.

She also rides herd on the assembling 50 American State Assemblies.

What is her background?

She is a wife, mother, and grandma.  She lives in Big Lake, Alaska, and she is just like you and me.  She descends from "royalty," but doesn't care.  Her husband is the American Hereditary Head of State.

She tells her story, her husband's story, and the story of the Amoricans, the people of Normandy whose name derives the name "America," through various articles she has written, which are published on her website, https://annavonreitz.com.

Is she the President of the Federation?

No.  She is a volunteer doing a job.

Does she get paid?

No.  Americans are actually the most wealthy people in the history of the world, but it has all been stolen by pirates.  She and the Federation have to operate on donations.

Is she as bad as people say she is?

Some people do not like her because she has figured out what the crooks have been doing and the crooks do not like it.  They try to discredit her, but she just calls them out.

All of her writings and opinions are public information -- everything, including her personal opinions.  People do not have to agree with all of her views, but she definitely knows her stuff and has been observing and studying The Great Fraud for most of her life.

How does she know what she claims to know?

She has lots of help.  Many researchers contribute to what she is doing.  Much of what she talks about is already public information, and more becomes available every day.  She has been "connecting the dots" since she was a child, and her ancestors taught her about Real History.

She is the History Teacher you wish you had in Eighth Grade.

Will the crooks win if they "get rid of her"?

No.  Her will is in place and published.  Appropriate notices have been made and are cured.  The information is in hard copy form and spread around the world.  And many people have learned the truth and see through the tired, old, and lame schemes the pirates have been reusing for centuries.

Is she working with patriot groups?

Possibly.  She is not afraid to call anybody out, and does so frequently.  Every now and then she reveals interesting "Easter Eggs" of information within her articles and webinars that imply she knows more about what is going on behind the scenes than is evident from cursory examinations of her activities.

People must decide for themselves if she is credible.  The only way to do that is to listen to her, read what she has written, and think critically about it all.  The "dots" do connect, but it takes personal work to make that happen.

Cheap Mercenaries

There is Lawful military service, and there is Legal military service.

The Lawful Soldiery of a nation, which includes a Lawful Navy and Lawful Air Force, operates under the Geneva Conventions. A Legal Soldiery by contrast is a private Mercenary Force and operates under the Hague Conventions.

When a Lawful Soldiery goes to war, it is an officially Declared War among nations. When a Legal Soldiery goes to war, the "war" may be declared or not, and may be engaged in as guerrilla warfare and include aims and activities that are not normally allowed by the Lawful Soldiery.

The employment of Mercenaries --- also known as Crown Pirates, Privateers, or Soldiers of Fortune for Hire --- has gone on since ancient times.  (You can read the full article here.)

King George III hired German mercenaries, Hessians, and used them as cannon fodder.  They were conscripted against their will.

The Draft imposed during World War II, Korea, and Vietnam was the same thing.

Why It Matters

The only way to prevent them from getting away with it is to correct your political status, help set up the Land Jurisdiction Government you are owed, and then pursue justice.

The U.S. Military is not going to solve the problem.  They have been a big part of the problem for 160 years.

Which "Camp" Are You In?

Americans have not been at war since 1814, when the War of 1812 ended.  They have had nothing to do with any of the various "wars" over the past 200 years.

Subcontractors, who are supposed to be providing specific government services under contract, have been conducting all of those mercenary conflicts -- for money.

Michiganians can be land owners; U.S. Citizens are only tenants and are referred to as "residents."  (Check your mail.  Are you being addressed as:  "CURRENT RESIDENT"?)

Land owners do not owe property taxes, but tenants do.

"Income" is something a corporation receives as part of doing business in commerce.  Only corporations can engage in commerce, not people.  So, why are people paying "income" taxes?

U.S. Citizens are debtors; Michiganians are priority creditors.

When the mother of a newborn baby signs a "birth certificate" (or is it "berth" certificate?), she is unwittingly giving up her baby to the British Monarch.  Later, that monarch's minions collude with the Pope's boyz to further kidnap the child on paper.

When people check the box on a form asking if they are a "U.S. Citizen," they are unwittingly confirming that they are a British Tory, but they probably are not.

Pillars

The parts of an American State Government are:

1. General Assembly.
2. International Business Assembly.
3. State Courts.
4. State Assembly Militia.

Anna von Reitz refers to these parts as The Four Pillars.

State Governments are being reconstructed before counties because the States are in international jurisdiction and have access to treaties and the Constitutions.

The Federation has provided the States with a list of recommended committees.  The work of the State Government will be done by committees.

The Michigan Assembly (TMA) began meeting as a General Assembly in March of last year (2023).

It also established the International Business Assembly that same month.

As of the first of this year, 2024, TMA had the following committees in some form of operation:

Treasurer.

Recording Secretary Group with a Lead Recording Secretary.

SIA Coordinator.  Sign In America was an early Federation-promoted effort to encourage people to learn basic knowledge about Land Jurisdiction Government.

Technology Committee, which maintains the TMA website.

Litigation Committee, which helps people who are having difficulties with Sea Jurisdiction subcontractors.

Two Study Groups which meet regularly over the Internet.  They typically read through Anna von Reitz materials and other resources she recommends.

There were two attempts to get an Outreach Committee going during 2023, but the first champion left the Assembly and the second was removed from the Assembly by the Coordinator.

An Education Committee was established in May, 2023, but only met a few times and has not produced much of anything.

The Coordinator Committee basically runs everything.  It consists of the Michigan Coordinator, a small number of Co-Coordinators, and the people leading the groups and committees, above.

As of the first of this year, 2024, TMA had not established these as operating committees:

General Education Committee, which should be producing educational materials and programs for the General Membership and Public.

New Member Orientation Committee, which should be providing support and educational guidance for New Members to overcome prior indoctrination, fear, and dependency issues.

Instead of that, the Coordinator provides New Members with a "TMA Roadmap" when he invites them to join the Assembly.  That document contains the publicly-available list of recommended committees, as well as the rules he has established for the Assembly during the "Assembling Phase," and it forms part of the "agreement" he asks each New Member to sign.

Since December, the Coordinator has been holding training sessions with Members during General Assembly meetings, which includes packaged training materials from the Federation and information he determines to be necessary and appropriate.  His stated intention is to use these materials to train New Members going forward.

The Coordinator also frequently posts on his "Official" TMA public Telegram social media channel various links to Anna von Reitz articles that he is reading.  They are typically at least six months old because he is personally that far behind in reading them.

One of the Co-Coordinators regularly holds a public Internet meeting with people who are interested in reclaiming their status as a Michiganian and perhaps joining TMA.  That happens twice a month.

Events Committee, which should be planning and running events and meetings.  Instead, the Coordinator and Co-Coordinators do those things.

(Records Committee), which should be assisting and overseeing Recording Secretaries.  In fairness, this may actually be operating under a different name, mentioned above, but there are no meeting minutes published for Assembly Members or the Public to read.

Treasury Committee, which should be assisting and overseeing Treasury functions.  As stated above, there is a Treasurer, and the Coordinator oversees what he is doing.  Since the Coordinator role will go away after the Assembling Phase, this is not really a committee and is simply one man acting as Treasurer.

Oversight Committee, which should be providing general oversight and a forum for complaints.

Ombudsman Committee, which should be providing conflict resolution and arbitration services.

Vetting Committee, which should be approving membership and reviewing candidate eligibility.  The Coordinator does this as the "Vetting Officer."

General Elections Committee, which should be handling notices and candidate publications, setting dates, promoting participation in elections, providing ballots, poll watchers, and ballot security.

Office of the Marshal at Arms, which should be ensuring safety and decorum at all meetings and events, taking care of the flag, and working with the Elections Committee to secure ballots.

The International Business Standing Committee consists of seven people who were nominated during a General Assembly meeting and elected as "State Citizens" by those Members who were present "raising their hands".  The Coordinator established this committee in case the Federation asks for it to take action.  It is unknown if this committee has done anything because no meeting minutes or work products have been published.

The Litigation Committee is the only Jural Assembly Standing Committee in operation.  It has been quite busy because several Assembly Members and Michiganians have been dealing with personal legal troubles.  Three Assembly Members spent time in jail, including the Coordinator.  Another Assembly Member was actually arrested during a public Assembly Internet meeting.  Many of these troubles resulted from Michiganians antagonizing uninformed government-services subcontractor employees by trying to exercise their rights.

The Militia Special Purpose Committee has not been established at all.

The Coordinator's strategy for setting up The Four Pillars has been to read through Anna von Reitz articles, and more recently to view recorded training sessions of topics he considers to be important for Assembly Members.  The General Assembly read as a group approximately 48 of 59 sections of The Jural Assembly Handbook during eleven (11) sessions spanning an elapsed period of 23 weeks.  That handbook was compiled in 2019 and consists of previously-published Anna von Reitz articles.

General Assembly meetings are held over the Internet.  Most Members who attend just listen to the Coordinator and his various leaders talk.  Very few Members have been assigned to committees or are actually doing any work.

One Member was asked to serve on the Education Committee when it was first formed in May, and in December learned people must be in the General Assembly for at least one year before they can be on a committee.  That Member was subsequently removed from the committee for that reason alone.

There is, and has been, no published estimate of when the various committees will be seated and begin learning how to do their jobs.

In the meantime, the Coordinator and his core group of leaders continue to run everything.  The rest of the Assembly Members show up and, for the most part, spectate, similar to the way children attend public schools and people attend most churches.

The previous Michigan Assembly was disbanded by the Federation in mid-2021, and this current version began operation during the first half of 2022.  The current Coordinator was a Co-Coordinator of that failed Assembly, and he justifies his tight control of the current Assembly by citing the bad behavior of his predecessors.

The classic business story of The Three Envelopes gives the following advice:  1) Blame your predecessor, 2) Reorganize, and 3) Make three new envelopes.  The TMA Coordinator seems to have relied on the First Envelope for the past couple of years.  He may have opened the Second Envelope in November when he "called a time out" for training.  Given the lack of progress in establishing Michigan's Four Pillars, it may be time to open that Third Envelope.

Okay, that last paragraph was opinion.  I couldn't resist.

Opinion: Taking Off the Glasses

I am an engineer, not a journalist, but am trying to imitate journalistic standards on this new blog.

Keeping discussion of facts separate from opinion is important.  I have seen newspapers feature a specific section for opinions, while dedicating the rest of their publication to fact-based articles.

I have created this website because I am trying to help reconstruct the Michigan Land-Jurisdiction Government, and I see an urgent need to establish a "Fourth Estate."

I began participating in The Michigan Assembly in April of last year, and tried to help where I could.  Everyone wants the same thing:  to reestablish the American System of government for the people of michigan.  It is a daunting task, and nobody has done it before.  The "learning curve" is steep.

Without getting into specifics, or discussing particular personalities, the fledgling Assembly has struggled to establish the necessary structures and critical mass to begin learning how to actually run a government.  There have been many distractions, and various false starts.  Most of all, we seem to be struggling with strong personalities taking things over.

I tried to influence what was going on from the inside, but was not really having much success.  The leadership actually drove me out because I was asking questions and not rigidly complying with their ideas about how things should be done.  They did this even though I have standing and have the right to assemble, like everyone else.

The public cannot see what is going on in the Assembly, and this is one of my chief concerns.  Status-corrected Michiganians have no window into what is happening.  Assembly members are not even privy to much of what the leadership is doing.  This is not right.  A public government run by the people must be transparent and open.  Secrecy has no place in this.

Everyone sees the world through the "glasses" they have.  Our backgrounds, experiences, and the things we have been taught all combine to give us each a unique view of the world.  Many of those views are incorrect, and they are a result of how we have been indoctrinated.

We must all learn to "take off our glasses."  All of us.  Nobody is immune.

It is often easy to see what other people are doing wrong, but it can be very difficult to recognize that we are actually doing the same things.

We must humble ourselves and listen to each other.  There is no other way, and if we cannot do that then we need to get out of the way.

Ideally, the Assembly should be a forum for sovereigns to conduct business, and everyone should be allowed to have a say and speak their minds in an orderly and fair way.

Free speech and a free press are crucial to operating a republican form of government.  The Founders specified those requirements in their first afterthought (Amendment) to the 1787 Constitution, and we need them, too.

My intention is to use this forum to influence what is going on in The Michigan Assembly from the outside.  I also want to make sure all Michiganians have access to information they need to safely and productively live their lives on the Land and Soil.

I do not desire, nor expect, to start a new career as a journalist.  It is not my background and I do not have the training, but I can establish a foundation for others to build on, and hopefully help contribute to getting our government set up and operating in the short term.

As more people correct their status as Michiganians, I expect there will be some who are journalists and will want to continue their careers in this jurisdiction.  I will gladly consider handing this responsibility over to more capable individuals when they are ready.

Tattered Notes

Federal Reserve Notes (FRN) are coming out of automated teller machines (ATM) in poor shape.  They have also been disorganized, with some being upside down and flipped over with respect to others.  Are financial institutions recirculating old notes?

These notes, above, recently came out of an ATM.  They are all Series 2017 and earlier.

This evidence seems to corroborate what Anna says in her article.  Readers can decide what it means.

 

Additionally, this small-denomination note is a Series 2021, and it is an outlier.  Where did it come from?

What is going on?

UPDATE, May 19, 2024...

Back in December, Americans were warned about a potential, imminent global financial catastrophe (AVR #4527, #4528), which led the Michiganian Free Press (MFP) publisher to deposit 102.00 FRN into his checking account.  Here is a copy of the deposit document...

Curiously, the financial institution handled the notes in two distinct groups, 92.00 in one and 10.00 in the other.  Were some SERIES 2017 and earlier while others were more recent?  Were some printed overseas?  There is no way to tell at this point, but the MFP publisher had never seen anything like that happen before.  Clearly the teller knew what to do.

The notes in the photos of the original article, above, were not the ones returned in December.

Why a Free Press?

The only purpose of a government is to protect people and their property.

To do that, a government must exercise power.

People are fallible and can easily abuse power.  They must be held accountable.

The unalienable rights of free speech and freedom of the press must be exercised to prevent despotism.  That is the purpose of the Michiganian Free Press.

The Establishment Media will not participate in the Land and Soil Jurisdictions because they are owned by foreign interests operating in other jurisdictions.  They are not going to show up.

Michiganians must run their own "press" and media.  Nobody else is going to do it.

What Is A Michiganian And Why Should You Care?

A Michiganian is a man or woman who was born in the State of Michigan.

More accurately, their nativity was on the Soil Jurisdiction of the State of The Union known as "michigan."

Michiganian is the correct term, not "Michigander."  Abraham Lincoln used the latter term to insult a political rival.

A Michiganian is an American State National (ASN).  Michigan is one of the 50 American States.

A Michiganian is not a "U.S. Citizen" nor a "citizen of the United States."  The former is a British "Tory," and subject of their king.  The latter is a SLAVE of the Pope.

People were not taught these things in school.

Americans won their freedom on the Land and Soil Jurisdictions during the American War of Independence in the late 1700's.

Americans stand under The Unanimous Declaration of Independence of July 4, 1776.

Constitutions were not introduced until 1787, and there are more than one.

A "constitution" is essentially a contract for services.  One of those constitutions (1789) was between the American Government and the British Monarch (George III).  The British had the largest, most powerful navy in the world, and the Americans needed protection in order to get their goods to market overseas.  Treaties ending the war were implemented through constitutions.

What has been taught in schools is incomplete, and in many ways wrong.

Michiganians are the boss on Michigan.  They are the ones with authority, and the government services providers, such as the current State of Michigan in Lansing, or the United States of America and the United States in Washington, D.C., are subcontractor corporations in the business of making a profit.  They are owned by foreigners.

Those subcontractors have been out of control for generations because Michiganians have not been holding them to their contracts, the Constitutions.

But that has changed.  The Michiganians are back, and they are reconstructing their Lawful Government.

Michiganians are free.  They enjoy all of their unalienable rights, and they have responsibilities they must fulfill.

One of those responsibilities is running the actual, Lawful Government that the people are owed.  If people want something done right, they must do it themselves.

That is what Michiganians are doing.  Their government has effectively been absent since the Civil War in the 1860's.

U.S. Citizens are not free.  They do not have constitutional rights, just privileges that can be taken away.  Only Americans (Michiganians) have those rights.

UPDATE, May 5, 2024...

The Michigan Coordinator was replaced on April 22, 2024, and the Assembly (Version 3.0) was dissolved on April 27.  A new Assembly (Version 4.0) is now assembling.  Details and history are summarized in this Michiganian Free Press Special Report.

UPDATE, May 27, 2024...

These people are eligible to claim American State National (ASN) status:

• Anyone born within the physical borders of an American state.
• Anyone born to an American parent.
• Anyone who entered the country legally and successfully went through the formal Naturalization Process to become a U.S. Citizen.
• Anyone who entered the country legally, lived for seven years on a Green card, did not commit a felony during that period, and did not take public assistance during that time may adopt a home State after establishing a home within its borders and living there for at least a year and a day.

People from other American States can move to other States and they can join the Assembly of their new State by living there for a year and a day, while retaining their State Nationality.  For example, a Californian can live on Michigan and join The Michigan Assembly after a year, or a Michiganian may retire to Florida and do the same.  The Californian remains a Californian and the Michiganian remains a Michiganian.
