It is reported the US Federal Government is going to give every household a million dollars, supposedly on August 1.

UPDATE, July 29, 2025...

The Fiduciary of The United States of America announced last evening on her podcast (01:41:00) that the GFG "vault" will be closing very soon, probably on August 1.  This is because the Federal Reserve System is imminently going away and currently being taken over by Donald Trump's military (01:48:30).  This means the window for depositing Federal Reserve Notes (FRN) for American Federation Dollars (AFD) at a one-to-one exchange rate is quickly closing and will not be available going forward.

She said people should not assume the demise of the FRN is a bad thing.  There is an alternative available, as the MFP has previously discussed and mentioned above.

She said the next couple of months will "be a wild ride" because many people may panic, but it is ultimately a good thing.  She said most of the people in other parts of the world are waking up and realizing the Americans have been right and that their own "governments" have been just as crooked as the "U.S." (01:55:15).

 

UPDATE, August 5, 2025...

There has been no sign of the $1,100,000.00 for each household.

Apparently, "Donald J. Trump" was trying to float the idea of a new world Reserve Currency.

Today we have learned that Donald J. Trump presented the Court with a 4,500 page document attempting to justify the adoption of a new currency called the "United States Note" as the world's Reserve Currency. This would replace the fraudulent Federal Reserve Note, but be no less fraudulent.

International Public Notice: We Require Prompt Action

Our people by any name are the "stumbling block" of the Bible, but although the words "stumbling block" often have a negative connotation, this function can be positive as well, when it prevents wrong action, wrong beliefs, and wrong thinking.

If you accept the fact that murder, theft, and violent destruction of people and property are wrong, you must also accept the value of those "stumbling blocks" that prevent the legalization of such things.

This "government" reporting form for "data" executed in the International Jurisdiction of the Sea and applying to Municipal Corporation Subcontractors is evidence that these corporations have acted in collusion and engaged in violation of the ENMOD Treaties that the Municipal Government is obligated to respect, and also in violation of the international treaties and service contracts known as The Constitution of the United States of America (British Territorial) and The Constitution of the United States (HRE).

Eighty-nine living people lost their lives and untold property damage resulted from the latest "experiment" conducted by noaa and its subcontractors. These are actual deaths and actual property damages created by fictional entities -- a circumstance that causes irreparable harm and breach of the Law of Kinds.

Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents; Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals.

Tell Mr. Trump that this is not negotiable. Tell the "US Trustees" that they are not our trustees and never were.

And notice to principals is notice to agents; notice to agents is notice to principals....

There was no basis for Britain's false claim latching onto the resources and assets of our Federal Republic dba "the United States" -- our unincorporated Republic, on February 2nd 1871 nor any possible "Organic Act" available to their British Territorial U.S. Congress.

The last actual English monarch was Queen Anne (March 8th 1702 to August 1st 1714). After her reign, the crowns of England and Scotland were united under the "Kingdom" of Great Britain, which has existed in the International Jurisdiction of the Air ever since.

It's a Company, not a country.

This is why "King Charles III" is an Emperor, not a King of any country.
No actual king or queen of England has existed as a singular sovereign entity since 1087 A.D. and no actual monarch of England has occupied the English throne since 1714; it follows inexorably that there is no sovereign international government in England. The only possible remaining authority would be in the jurisdiction of the air, which by definition includes no direct substantive rights.

No joint sovereignty was possible, and that is not the course that these parties took -- see their Act of Union -- and as a result, they have no standing to make any claim against our physical and substantive assets, including the American assets vested in the original Federal Republic which operated from 1787 to 1861.

The Federation of our States stood over the Confederation and the Confederation stood over the Federal Republic and the Federal Republic stood over the British Territorial Subcontractors.

Seeing that neither our States acting as a Federation nor the same States acting as a Confederation ever declared "war" during the so-called American Civil War and as the Federal Republic was an instrumentality and asset of ours that was secretly and in breach of trust and contract usurped and commandeered unlawfully, we are objecting to this fraud practiced upon us and upon our lawful government by our erstwhile British Territorial and Holy Roman Empire Subcontractors.

We are demanding recognition of the condition of the "British Government" including the Government of Westminster which was founded as a Royal Church establishment to oversee the duties of the so-called "King" as Overseer of the Church's commonwealth properties in England.

We are demanding a complete, utter, and unequivocal cessation of presumptions and attacks against our substantive people and property by all and any fictional entities operating in any fictional domain whatsoever, including but not limited to such imaginary domains as "SOUTH TEXAS WMA" and corporations such as "EVERGREEN UGWCD".

This complaint is forwarded to the International Criminal Court and numerous law enforcement and peacekeeping forces worldwide and assigned to the responsible Uniform Commercial Court Judge for prompt decision and enforcement.

We say that all actions presumed to be actions undertaken by a sovereign English or "British" government since August 1st 1714 onward cannot be sustained in the International Jurisdiction of the Sea and that all and any actions presumed to be undertaken by a sovereign English or "British" government on land since the death of William the Conqueror are similarly rendered invalid -- except on those rare occasions when the progeny of the Norman Barons have spoken directly to an issue, as when they created The Magna Carta and the Bill of Rights.

And when we speak now, on behalf of Belle Chers who received their sovereignty in England at the hand of William the Conqueror and act as the Last Men Standing regarding these issues.

Even if the Scottish Government was still viable and was favorably aligned, they could not loan their singular sovereignty to England.

It is indicated in the historical record that all actions forwarded by this "British Government" including any Territorial Government attached to it, has perforce been taken in the Jurisdiction of the Air as employees of the Roman Municipal Government or Ecclesiastical authorities still operating under Roman Civil Law and the Spanish Law of the Inquisition, respectively ----and these actions and their jurisdiction have been fraudulently misrepresented throughout this entire time period.

As Pope Francis admitted in his Apostolic Letter of 2013, all these legal fictions have been made up out of thin air and have no substance at all. As a result, there is no excuse for any presumption that legal fiction entities of any kind are imbued with powers to attack their creators, and to the extent that legal fictions -- including corporations of all kinds -- cause harm to living people and their actual property, those legal fictions lose the right to exist.

Pursuant to our rights and claims and joint sovereignty upon the land and soil of The United States as already established via our accords with the native nations, we order the immediate abolishment of all fictional Municipal location designations such as "SOUTH TEXAS WMA" and all Municipal corporations such as "EVERGREEN UGWCD" that have been used to cause actual harm to the Earth, the living people, and those property assets naturally belonging to the living people.

It is Mr. Trump's responsibility to defend this country and its people under his corporation's service contract, "The Constitution of the United States of America", and we require that his Administration must promptly attend to its contractual obligations to prevent all these attacks being carried out against the people of this country by legal fiction entities -- from Pfizer to General Mills to the State of Oregon to the Internal Revenue Service, and including but not limited to Municipal Corporations such as FEMA, NOAA, IRS and the U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, and so on.

All legal fictions are subject to the provisions of Ecclesiastical Law that allow their existence "for lawful purposes" and they may neither trespass nor transgress upon the living people and substantive physical assets in violation of lawful purposes. This means that merely legal purposes are not sufficient, and that all acts proposing "war" of any kind against the living by the dead (legal fictions are dead) are unlawful, null and void, and punishable by the death of the erring corporation(s) by direct liquidation, forfeiture, or dissolution.

No protection of the corporate veil is owed to corporations and managers acting in violation of this principle.

The ENMOD Treaty has existed since the 1970's.  It prohibits weather modification for destructive purposes on others.  The full text is available here...

Weather modification exists and there would be no reason for a treaty if it did not.

ENMOD prohibits "State Parties" from inflicting environmental modifications on other State Parties.  As the AVR article explains above, the Principals of the Municipal Corporation Subcontractors are required to comply with that treaty.  The screenshot is evidence those corporations and their franchises (with names in ALL CAPS) have been in violation of that treaty.

The treaty does not prohibit State Parties from inflicting environmental modifications on their own populations, but Americans (ASN's) are not part of the "British" or "Roman" populations, and most people who were born on one of the 50 States of the Union should not be considered or treated as parts of those populations.

Nine (9) of the U.S. Navy corporation's eleven (11) CVN's have been in port for quite some time.  One has been in waters near Israel (Mediterranean Sea, Red Sea and Arabian Sea), while, until recently, another has been near Southeast Asia.  That second group just recently began moving towards the Middle East, only after Netanyahu (not his real name) attacked Iran.

If the U.S. corporation were really expecting a big fight that might escalate into the "World War III" the crooks have been trying to achieve for years, they would have more of their CVN's at sea and in positions to "project power."

The MFP believes these "-yahoos" are on the run and "shooting from the hip" because they have been found out and nobody believes their lies anymore.  "Netan-yahu" is certainly on the run.  The only thing more pathetic is the unexplainable refusal of many Americans to realize their country has been used as a private pirate base storefront and their children have been used as cheap mercenaries to bully the world for 160 years.

Many people have to learn truth the hard way, unfortunately at the expense of much unnecessary death and destruction, which is how the crooks make their money. 

Editorial: Close But No Cigar

This meme (right) is floating around the Internet.

Does it report facts, or does it tell people what they want to hear?

It says, "It's OVER."

What's over?  The meme does not say.  It leaves that notion to the mind of the beholder.

It says, "The United States CORPORATION has been DISSOLVED."

Which "United States"?  There have been many entities with that name.

Is it referring to the United States municipal, civil-service corporation owned by the Pope?  That corporation became defunct on October 1, 2024, and it no longer exists.  It is undergoing audits and being liquidated, so that appears to be true.

The meme says, "Donald J. Trump is now COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF of a sovereign republic, not a fake corporate entity."

What is "Donald J. Trump"?  Is it a fake entity?  Is it a legal fiction?

What does the "J." stand for?  "John"?  Could it be "Jeremy", "Julius," or perhaps "Jabberwocky"?

What is a "commander-in-chief," and why is it in ALL CAPS?

What does the word "sovereign" mean, and what does it imply here?

What is a "republic," and can it be sovereign?  Has there ever been a republic?  When?  Who created it and who ran it?  What was its purpose and what did it do?

What is "Crown Maritime Law"?  The meme says it is DEAD.  Was it living at some point?  How can "law" be alive?

What is "Common Law"?  Is the meme talking about American Common Law, British Common Law, or some other form of "common law"?

When people see the word "free," what do they believe it means?  Johann Wolfgang von Goethe said, "None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free."

In a world full of lies, which lie is the greatest?

The meme says, "The U.S. was NEVER a republic -- it was a CORPORATION."  That is true, but the States of America (1787) was a republic and operated under The Constitution for the united States of America until 1861, and it was not incorporated.  The U.S. corporation was, and is today, operated by "The Firm", but as a democracy not a republic.

The meme says, "Every contract, every court ruling, every law passed under that structure?  INVALID.  What we were living in was a legal illusion, a prison of paperwork and manipulation -- and it's collapsing right now."

Yes, the Pope's MUNICIPAL, civil-service corporation is collapsing, but the British Territorial, "military" (mercenary force, actually) corporation is operating full-steam, and it is receiving the assets of the liquidated entity, purportedly for the "missing" priority creditors (the Americans) -- but we aren't missing and we know exactly what is going on.  We are not deceived.  Not anymore.

Is there a living man named Ezra Cohen?  Does Wikipedia say something about him?

The Wikipedia article says, "Ezra Cohen, also known as Ezra Cohen-Watnick, is an American intelligence official..."

Is he American, or is he a U.S. Citizen?

It says he was trained by the Central Intelligence Agency.

It also says he earned a Juris Doctor degree.  That means he is an attorney.

BAR attorneys work for the British Monarch.

 

Was the meme at the top of this article purportedly written by an attorney who was trained by the Central Intelligence Agency and worked for a British Crown corporation?

Should we believe what it says?  Any of it?

 

The Brits are trying to hold onto their fraud by attempting to inhabit the missing Federal Republic.

In the opinion of the MFP, that meme is an attempt to float the words "sovereign" and "republic" in front of the public to get people used to the idea there is going to be restoration of a long-lost Republic.

That may happen, but it won't be done by the Brits.  Americans are the only ones who can reinhabit the American Federal Republic.

Now these same Villains have offered to make their theft of our Federal Republic official by pretending to restore and rebuild it, but leaving themselves in control of it, and benefiting from their usurpation of our delegated powers and still in control of our trademarks and patents and corporations and public buildings and other infrastructure.

Think of it like this --- a man rapes his Employer's wife and claims to be her husband, settles in and strips all the assets of the woman and her children, leaves them destitute, then comes back forty years later and offers to marry her --- and make the forced, immoral relationship official, so that he can further strip the assets of the family and claim the powers of pater familias.

Perhaps this analogy is finally strong enough so everyone can understand why we are not jumping for joy and readily accepting the offers being made by British Territorial U.S. Citizens to "restore" our Federal Republic --- which they have commandeered, broken, and dishonored beyond any recognition.

The Federal Government and their franchises presume to have authority over the manufacture, transportation and sale of alcohol, tobacco and firearms.

What is there to prevent anyone from creating a "legal fiction," which is what a corporation is, with any name they want?  What is preventing them from creating one in the name of a country?  What about the name of an individual man or woman?  What if they did that and then passed themselves off as that man or woman and proceeded to steal everything they owned?

Nothing.

It happens a lot, and has been happening for a long time.

The only thing preventing this kind of behavior is honest people being aware of what is going on and standing up and crying foul.

George Washington and King George III were cousins.

George Washington, besides leading the American Forces to victory on the battlefield was: King George's Cousin, the largest landowner in the country, and if they stopped to think about it, they would have realized that "Commander-in-Chief", like the office of "President" is a private office associated with business corporations, not the proper military of a country.

We were all so young then and mostly ignorant and unsteady on our feet as "free, sovereign, and independent states" all the glitz and glitter and decorum and fantastical rigamarole associated with doing business with the British King, much less the Pope, was overwhelming for all but a very few men --- Franklin, Adams, Jefferson, Hamilton, Madison --- all but Franklin being Bar Attorneys or Counselors of Law.

We can guarantee that 99.9% of Americans never conceived of the Revolutionary War as a gigantic land grab and Treaty evasion, but from the safe distance of two centuries, it's easy to see that one of the end results was King George skipping out on his Treaty obligations to certain Native Tribes, most especially the Lenape and the Delawares, and George Washington charging happily through the Cumberland Gap.

So the Office of President, like the Office of "Commander in Chief" are business offices associated with corporations and have never been anything else. The convention of having the President of the United States of America Company also serve as the President of the United States Company was convenient -- right up until very recently, when, without the existence of the UNITED STATES, INC., we are left wondering exactly what form of "United States" Donald Trump is "President" of?

Did they go to Zimbabwe and gin up a "United States, Incorporated" again?  [emphasis added]

Well, There It Is...

So now we come to the curious "offer" which has been placed on our table by Mr. Trump and the "Alliance". They propose to, in their words, "re-inhabit" our American Federal Republic which we operated from 1787 to 1861, and simply substitute their British Territorial organization for our "missing" Federal Republic.

We will note that it is not possible for them to "re-inhabit" our Federal Republic, because they never inhabited it in the first place.

Our Federal Republic Government was staffed by Americans who underwent an arduous evaluation and process to become United States Citizens. This process and the particular Citizenship involved is described in the First Naturalization and Immigration Act.

Please note the Federal Republic was staffed entirely by Americans who chose to serve their country in foreign jurisdictions and exercise delegated powers on our behalf.

They were United States Citizens, not U.S. Citizens.

All U.S. Citizens are British Territorial Citizens, like the people of Puerto Rico, which is a British Commonwealth nation to this day.

They are British Subjects, not Americans.

So how would a bunch of "Tories" --- British Territorial U.S. Citizens, registered as such by Birth Certificates and labor contracts --- propose that they should act as Successors to the American Federal Constitution -- The Constitution for the united States of America -- and enter our Federal Republic and substitute themselves and their services for our own people?

Imagine a group of French Foreign Legionnaires offering to take over bureaucratic control of a substantial portion of your government under color of law. What would you tell them?

Strangely, this bizarre proposal is being fortified by ignorant Americans who still don't realize that they have been operating in a foreign political capacity as U.S. Citizens. They think they are the "real Americans" and the rest of us don't know what we are talking about.

But we do.

Today, we had the duty to inform Judge Juan Merchan that the corporation he was working for and all its franchises are defunct; their assets now belong to us, and their debts are our credits.

This means that there is no corporate tribunal for Judge Merchan to operate against any franchise named after or derived from the estate of the American baby named Donald John Trump, nor any Municipal ESTATE of the same NAME, nor any derivative CORPORATION, like DONALD J TRUMP or TRUMP, DONALD J.

The same news is being conveyed to thousands of other corporate tribunals as we speak, impacting millions of Americans who have been mischaracterized as foreign citizens and railroaded in foreign courts under False Legal Presumptions.

There are no "Fourteenth Amendment citizens of the United States" just like there are no "People" of "the State of California".

The Municipal United States Government Corporations are under new management, and the British Territorial United States Government Corporations are next in line, as the Great Fraud is being unraveled step by step.

We have long ago (more than ten years) seized upon all Land Titles issued by the British Territorial United States Government. We will be rolling up all these deceptive "land descriptions" misapplied to purported "public trust" property and returning them to the lawful owners posthaste.

This reform is worldwide.

What Is A Michiganian And Why Should You Care?

The corporations that have been providing government services for 160 years are in big trouble.

What people consider to be "money" is not money and is disappearing.

Foreign criminals have been running the world for centuries, and they have been caught.  They are not happy about it and are causing all kinds of problems.

People have been lied to and lied to and lied to, all of their lives.  Almost everything they believe is not true.

There is safe haven, but it requires correction of political status.  People must act themselves.

That means publishing the following personal documents on the Public Record, as a minimum:

• Declaration of the Naturalization Act of July 1779.
• Witness Testimony Affirming American State Political Status and Identity (#1).
• Witness Testimony Affirming American State Political Status and Identity (#2).
  

Those things are required to open a Prosperity Account with Global Family Bank in order to obtain liquid assets to purchase goods, like food.

This is a rescue effort, and is top priority.  Do not wait.

Strike the "War Flag"

America has not been at war since 1814.

America has a treaty Alliance with Russia, which has stood since 1858 and which we have always honored.

This country is at peace. It has been at peace since 1814. The gross misbehavior and breach of trust on the part of these corporations and the foreign Principals responsible for their operations speaks for itself.

We stress that these misrepresentations and acts by our erstwhile Federal Subcontractors are all criminal in nature, not political, not religious, not racial; these matters must be addressed as what they are -- crimes against our lawful government and crimes against humanity, not acts of "war".

The "Stars and Stripes" without gold fringe is actually the "Military Flag of Peacetime" loaned to the British who have been running the U.S. Military since the so-called "American Civil War."

This diagram shows the actual authorities in America at this time.  It is a simplification.

People (with a small "p") begin their lives as sovereigns on the Soil Jurisdiction of their nation, which is a physical state, such as michigan.  They are michiganians.  They have the right to do whatever they want, provided they do not infringe upon the unalienable rights of other sovereigns.  They are known as "state nationals," or American State Nationals (ASN).  They have no obligations to serve others or any government.

This claim of sovereignty is based upon the Norman Conquest...

The simple fact that the British Monarch has been in receipt of Delegated Powers of ours since 1787 is all the evidence needed to prove that we possessed sovereignty prior to the establishment of the Constitutions.  (AVR #1827, May 22, 2019)

When ASN's reach the age of 21, they can help elect State Citizens.  State Citizens have given up a portion of their sovereignty for a limited time to run the government.  State Citizens may hold an office, or they may simply sit on a jury.  When State Citizens are done serving and doing their job, they return to the sovereign status of an ASN.

In the past, State Citizens made business arrangements for government services, and those services are presently being provided by foreign-owned corporations.  Those corporations have created franchises.  All of them have employees.

Police officers are employees of those corporations.  They only have authority over the employees of those corporations and their dependents.  An example of a dependent would be someone receiving welfare payments.

Those employees and dependents are known as "citizens."  Employees and dependents of the Territorial corporation are called U.S. Citizens; those of the MUNICIPAL corporation are called citizens of the United States.  U.S. Citizens are effectively indentured servants of the Territorial corporation; and citizens of the United States are SLAVES of the Pope.

Most ASN's were unlawfully converted into both of those citizenships by the birth certificate fraud.

Connect The Dots

The former Michigan Coordinator was fired for cause on April 22, 2024.  He was not getting the job done and he was abusing people.

The Michiganian Free Press (MFP) has documented with evidence that the former Michigan Coordinator is untrustworthy. 

The former Michigan Coordinator has not publicly mentioned the MFP since it started publishing in February, 2024.

The former Michigan Coordinator has continued to publish a libelous document about the MFP publisher since January, 2024.

The former Michigan Coordinator had CIA connections.

 

Prior to the summer of 2023, the former Michigan Coordinator and his associates "exercised their right to travel" by getting rid of their driver licenses and license plates.  They put private plates on their private conveyances (cars, etc.) and made those plates available for purchase.  They applied for U.S. Passports as non-resident aliens and assembled "travel packs" of information to use if stopped by Law Enforcement Officers (LEO).  They encouraged others to do the same.

During the second quarter of 2023, the former Michigan Coordinator said he mailed written notice packages to all DISTRICT COURTS and all state-of-state SHERIFFS operating on michigan.  Here is a photo of some of the packages...

The former Michigan Coordinator had posted examples of those notices on the Assembly website, but he has taken those examples down.  The MFP recalls that the former Michigan Coordinator had signed those notices as Michigan Assembly Coordinator.

During July and August, 2023, the former Michigan Coordinator sent notices to all of the Defacto employees who had interacted with him over a traffic ticket.  He also filed liens against those people for hundreds of millions of dollars by using his Fee Schedule.

One of the Michigan Assembly Recording Secretaries was arrested during a public Assembly Zoom meeting on August 17, 2023.

As of August 21, 2023, the former Michigan Coordinator was living in a mobile home in a remote part of Cheboygan County.

Cheboygan is close to Drummond Island and Canada.

At the time, there was a large overseas container on the remote property where he was living.

The former Michigan Coordinator said he was incarcerated for about eight days at the end of August, 2023.

The former Michigan Coordinator and his associates sent out "trustee notices" in the name of the Assembly on September 2, 2023.  They then encouraged others to send out personal "trustee notices," although the American Federation Fiduciary never mentioned anything about doing that.

On September 23, 2023, there was a large fire in an abandoned building in Cheboygan...

Some Michigan Assembly Recording Secretaries and assembly members have been harassed by The Defacto and have spent a lot of time and effort defending themselves using methods similar to what the former Michigan Coordinator used.

In late 2023, the former Michigan Coordinator questioned the honesty of, and cast doubt about, the Global Family Group and its administration of prepaid credit for status-corrected people.  Since being fired in April, 2024, he has openly attempted to discredit that organization and those who are promoting its efforts, including the Federation and his former boss (AVR#4826).

The former Michigan Coordinator has failed to relinquish Michigan assets to the new State Coordinator, including the Assembly's bank account, trademark, and website, the hardcopy status-correction records of all American State Nationals on Michigan, a large photocopier, and the public Michigan Assembly Telegram channel...

The former Michigan Coordinator searched out and announced publicly-available DISTRICT COURT records of two Michigan Assembly members who disagreed with him.  Those courts have a 96% conviction rate, the cases are closed, and they are more than ten years old.  The circumstances were not tried in Soil-Jurisdiction courts either.

So, LEO's are being propagandized against ASN's.

LEO's are not the "bear."  They are michiganians who need to be rescued and are simply misdirected employees of the bear.

The "bear" is THE MACHINE that has been running the world, the interconnected corporations operating on autopilot and directed by elites who are in the shadows and behind storefronts.

The "bear" seeks to divide people, and it uses fear as a weapon.  It uses The Media to propagandize the General Public and create fear of ASN's...

Editorial

One of the documents some michiganians publish on the Public Record is a Fee Schedule.  Many professionals, including Attorneys, have fee schedules giving notice of how much they expect to be paid for their services.  Commerce is all about contracts, and fee schedules are generally part of the negotiations.  When a LEO stops someone with their emergency lights, they are usually attempting to establish a contract.

The Federation wants everyone holding offices in American Government to publish a Fee Schedule as a layer of protection from The Defacto.  Here is a portion of the fee schedule template...

When the former Michigan Coordinator jousted with The Defacto over a traffic ticket last summer, he utilized his Fee Schedule against the persons and living people who nominally violated his rights.  He then followed up by filing liens against them personally, for hundreds of millions of dollars.  He spent a lot of time and effort doing that, and it encouraged others to do the same.

It surely made the Defacto people mad, and probably soured them against "sovereign citizens."  It is just more mess to clean up and "bridges to repair."  It was surely unproductive.

This is one of the things that caused the previous Assembly to "go sideways."  People in leadership came under attack from The Defacto and they responded with the "bazooka" the Federation gave them.  Those michiganians are still under attack.

In the opinion of the MFP, the Fee Schedule is a "nuclear option."  It is there only as a deterrent against "deep pocket" corporations and should only be a last resort.  It should not be used indiscriminately, and it is certainly not a method to "get rich."

The liens that result will potentially hurt individual people badly.  Those people are michiganians who need to be rescued, even though they are misdirected and may be doing things they should not.  In most cases, they do not even know they are doing wrong.

The MFP suggests michiganians follow the rules and stay out of trouble.  It is not hard to do.

When doing things like renewing a Driver's License, michiganians should use it as an opportunity to teach the Defacto employees... nicely.  Using a byline (i.e. "by: Richard Glen Worden©") when autographing signals intent to stay on the Land and Soil.

Michiganians should not become a target by doing things like not having state-of-state license plate on their personal conveyance (car).  That is for later, after the Assembly is up and running and the corporations submit to its instructions, if they still exist.

If a michiganian is stopped by an LEO, it would be wise for them to be courteous and non-confrontational.  They could use it as an opportunity to kindly educate, or simply just comply.  The LEO will have a weapon, and they might use it if provoked or frightened.  If there is actual persecution, it should be handled by mail from home.  Otherwise, if the michiganian actually did violate a rule, like traveling faster than the posted corporation speed limit, it would be wise for them to simply pay the fine.  They might elect to do that under some form of protest, but their primary focus should be on eliminating distractions and helping build the State and County Assemblies.

And if a michiganian ends up in jail, they should keep a list of items for the eventual application of the Fee Schedule, if they completed and published their 928 package before their arrest.  That is what the Fee Schedule is for, not contesting a traffic ticket.

Think "Gandhi."  He led India in getting rid of the same Raj Americans are dealing with now.  He used peaceful methods.

Better yet, think "Jesus."  What would he do?  Would he send notices and file liens?  No, he would give people a chance to realize what they were doing and repent.  He would educate and be kind.  The obstinate leaders were the ones he got rough with (Matthew 23).

We are in a spiritual battle, one being fought in the Jurisdiction of the Air (AVR #4628).  Words are spirit.

Jesus told his guys to stay out of court, just like Anna repeatedly does...

Settle matters quickly with your adversary who is taking you to court. Do it while you are still together on the way, or your adversary may hand you over to the judge, and the judge may hand you over to the officer, and you may be thrown into prison.  (Matthew 5:25, and also Luke 12:58 NIV)

So, rather than be a lone cowboy and get "mauled by the bear" as an individual, work to build the Assembly so injustices can be addressed systemically from positions of authority and strength.  That is the sole purpose of government and the Assembly.

Help to grow the numbers of ASN's so they can eventually be like "ants" and "eat the bear." ¹
