Editorial: Close But No Cigar

This meme (right) is floating around the Internet.

Does it report facts, or does it tell people what they want to hear?

It says, "It's OVER."

What's over?  The meme does not say.  It leaves that notion to the mind of the beholder.

It says, "The United States CORPORATION has been DISSOLVED."

Which "United States"?  There have been many entities with that name.

Is it referring to the United States municipal, civil-service corporation owned by the Pope?  That corporation became defunct on October 1, 2024, and it no longer exists.  It is undergoing audits and being liquidated, so that appears to be true.

The meme says, "Donald J. Trump is now COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF of a sovereign republic, not a fake corporate entity."

What is "Donald J. Trump"?  Is it a fake entity?  Is it a legal fiction?

What does the "J." stand for?  "John"?  Could it be "Jeremy", "Julius," or perhaps "Jabberwocky"?

What is a "commander-in-chief," and why is it in ALL CAPS?

What does the word "sovereign" mean, and what does it imply here?

What is a "republic," and can it be sovereign?  Has there ever been a republic?  When?  Who created it and who ran it?  What was its purpose and what did it do?

What is "Crown Maritime Law"?  The meme says it is DEAD.  Was it living at some point?  How can "law" be alive?

What is "Common Law"?  Is the meme talking about American Common Law, British Common Law, or some other form of "common law"?

When people see the word "free," what do they believe it means?  Johann Wolfgang von Goethe said, "None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free."

In a world full of lies, which lie is the greatest?

The meme says, "The U.S. was NEVER a republic -- it was a CORPORATION."  That is true, but the States of America (1787) was a republic and operated under The Constitution for the united States of America until 1861, and it was not incorporated.  The U.S. corporation was, and is today, operated by "The Firm", but as a democracy not a republic.

The meme says, "Every contract, every court ruling, every law passed under that structure?  INVALID.  What we were living in was a legal illusion, a prison of paperwork and manipulation -- and it's collapsing right now."

Yes, the Pope's MUNICIPAL, civil-service corporation is collapsing, but the British Territorial, "military" (mercenary force, actually) corporation is operating full-steam, and it is receiving the assets of the liquidated entity, purportedly for the "missing" priority creditors (the Americans) -- but we aren't missing and we know exactly what is going on.  We are not deceived.  Not anymore.

What is "Ezra A. Cohen"?  Is it a legal fiction?  What does the "A." stand for?  Whose photo is that next to it?

Is there a living man named Ezra Cohen?  Does Wikipedia say something about him?

The Wikipedia article says, "Ezra Cohen, also known as Ezra Cohen-Watnick, is an American intelligence official..."

Is he American, or is he a U.S. Citizen?

It says he was trained by the Central Intelligence Agency.

It also says he earned a Juris Doctor degree.  That means he is an attorney.

BAR attorneys work for the British Monarch.

 

Was the meme at the top of this article purportedly written by an attorney who was trained by the Central Intelligence Agency and worked for a British Crown corporation?

Should we believe what it says?  Any of it?

 

The Brits are trying to hold onto their fraud by attempting to inhabit the missing Federal Republic.

In the opinion of the MFP, that meme is an attempt to float the words "sovereign" and "republic" in front of the public to get people used to the idea there is going to be restoration of a long-lost Republic.

That may happen, but it won't be done by the Brits.  Americans are the only ones who can reinhabit the American Federal Republic.

The MFP wrote about this earlier in the year:  "Well, There It Is..."

 

UPDATE, May 23, 2025...

Now these same Villains have offered to make their theft of our Federal Republic official by pretending to restore and rebuild it, but leaving themselves in control of it, and benefiting from their usurpation of our delegated powers and still in control of our trademarks and patents and corporations and public buildings and other infrastructure.

Think of it like this --- a man rapes his Employer's wife and claims to be her husband, settles in and strips all the assets of the woman and her children, leaves them destitute, then comes back forty years later and offers to marry her --- and make the forced, immoral relationship official, so that he can further strip the assets of the family and claim the powers of pater familias.

Perhaps this analogy is finally strong enough so everyone can understand why we are not jumping for joy and readily accepting the offers being made by British Territorial U.S. Citizens to "restore" our Federal Republic --- which they have commandeered, broken, and dishonored beyond any recognition.

Well, That Explains It

The Michiganian Free Press (MFP) became aware of AVR Article #4792, "A Life Review," yesterday after publishing the Aftermath editorial.

Paul Peterson, the former [Michigan] Coordinator, came to us from the CIA, which is not a good recommendation overall, as the Agency is well-known for employing brilliant con men whose life-work runs counter to any aspirations of mine.

Still, even those returning home from the Agencies deserve their rights and property as Americans; it is not my part to know or judge the soul when it is ready and willing to turn the corner and go in a new direction. Many of our senior volunteers have come from sordid backgrounds. So I accepted Paul as a Coordinator, knowing his past, but believing in his future.

This is where our virtues are sometimes used against us and sometimes come to naught, wasted on stony ground. A purely intellectual evaluation would have instantly disqualified Paul from acting as a Coordinator, but a more seasoned wisdom makes its errors in the other direction, more in favor of the heart.

So I welcomed him and trusted him to make good on his potential as a Coordinator and hoped he'd be able to change his spots.

Still, the habits and methods and assumptions of a lifetime are hard to overcome, and pressed with the challenges of a wholly new situation, a whole new context from which to view "the government" -- well, better men have failed that test.

You can blame me, if you wish, because I knew that and welcomed Paul home anyway. I knew the danger and waived it, in order to give him a chance.
