Editorial: Root Cause

The Michigan Assembly is currently having difficulty generating momentum to finish assembling The Four Pillars.

The MFP suggests the General Assembly might consider conducting an analysis to identify the true cause of the problem so it can take corrective action.

Editorial: Leadership Or Control?

The people serving in The Michigan Assembly must recognize and unlearn concepts and behaviors inhibiting the cooperation they must develop so they can reconstruct their government.  People have been intentionally indoctrinated over their lifetimes to fight and oppose each other.

The following post showed up on the MFP publisher's Facebook feed and it seems to have relevance.  Readers may find it useful... 

The Woman Who Confuses Leadership With Control Will Eventually End Up Alone

Men,

You cannot build a future with a woman who sees direction as domination.
You cannot lead a woman who thinks every boundary is oppression.
Because the moment leadership feels like control to her—peace becomes impossible.
And without peace, love does not survive.
Let’s break it down.

1. She Interprets Guidance as a Threat
You’re not shouting.
You’re not forcing.
You’re explaining.
Clarifying.
Leading.
But in her mind?
Every instruction feels like an attack.
“Why are you telling me what to do?”
“Who do you think you are?”
She doesn’t hear leadership.
She hears limitation.
And a woman who sees direction as disrespect will resist the very structure that protects the relationship.

2. She Wants Authority Without Responsibility
She wants equal say.
Equal power.
Equal control.
But not equal accountability.
When things go right?
She claims her independence.
When things go wrong?
She blames your leadership.
That’s not partnership.
That’s selective submission.
And selective submission is just control in disguise.

3. She Turns Boundaries Into Battles
Every standard you set becomes a debate.
Every boundary becomes a negotiation.
Every correction becomes conflict.
Not because you’re wrong—but because she refuses to be led.
She doesn’t want alignment.
She wants autonomy inside commitment.
But a relationship where no one leads eventually collapses under confusion.

4. She Competes Instead of Cooperates
You say, “let’s build.”
She hears, “let’s compete.”
You try to guide.
She tries to prove.
It becomes a silent war of egos—
Who’s right.
Who’s smarter.
Who’s in charge.
But love is not a competition.
And a woman who keeps competing with her man will eventually lose him—
Not to another woman…
but to his withdrawal.

5. She Calls It ‘Strength’—But It’s Just Resistance
She prides herself on being “strong.”
Unshakeable.
Unmovable.
Uncorrectable.
But strength without flexibility is not power.
It’s rigidity.
And rigidity breaks where humility would have bent.
A wise woman knows when to stand firm—and when to follow direction.
But a woman who refuses both?
Builds nothing but tension.

6. She Slowly Turns the Man Into a Stranger
At first, he tries.
He explains.
He leads.
He corrects with patience.
But every attempt is met with resistance.
So he adjusts.
Speaks less.
Leads less.
Cares less.
Until one day—
He’s still there physically, but gone mentally.
And she calls it “distance.”
But she created it.

7. She Ends Up Leading… Alone
Eventually, she gets what she wanted.
Control.
No one correcting her.
No one challenging her.
No one leading her.
Just her… and her decisions.
But what she doesn’t realize is this—
The same leadership she rejected was the same structure holding everything together.
Now there’s no resistance—
But there’s also no relationship.

Final Word

Men,

Leadership is not the problem.
Misplaced tolerance is.
Pay attention early.
If she resists guidance, questions every boundary, and treats structure like oppression—
You don’t build with a woman who fights your direction.
You walk away from her.
Because in the end—
It’s better to be alone with your purpose than to be controlled in a relationship where you’re not allowed to lead. 

 

American Head of State Response to Iran

Eric Belcher is now the American Hereditary Head of State.

His father and predecessor, James Clinton Belcher, died last September first.

Eric replied for the American people yesterday, April 4, 2026, to a letter written by Iranian President Pezeshkian.

That letter from the American Hereditary Head of State is quoted here in its entirety. 

 A Reply From the American People to President Pezeshkian of Iran

Dear President Pezeshkian, 


We are in receipt of your letter dated April 1st 2026, and we hasten to respond --- we are aware that this is the first time that Iran has engaged in a conflict outside its borders in over 200 years.  

We are aware that the present violence trespassing against Iran's sovereignty is against all international law.  

We are aware of the foreign - mostly-British meddling - in Iran's political affairs, because they have meddled in the same way in our political affairs. 

We objected to President Donald Trump's action at sea the moment we heard about it, and have made it clear that we do not consider the attack against Iran to be anything remotely associated with the defense of this country. 

The Monroe Doctrine was never validated nor ratified by the States of the Union and it still isn't anything we recognize as valid.   

We have told the international diplomatic envoys, banks, and trustees that we will not pay for this incursion against Iran; the Principals responsible for Mr. Trump and his actions will have to pick up the bill for it: Britain, Germany, and Israel have hired him to attack Iran and he accepted this sidebar contract with these foreign governments of his own free will.  

Our military has been used as a mercenary force without our consent and largely without the knowledge of the rank and file members of our military forces, either.    

The American Government has a defense services contract with the United States of America, Incorporated, the British Territorial governmental services corporation that Mr. Trump is "President" of, but that does not condone the violence, meddling, and bullying that is happening here in any way.

We are under contract to receive defense services only and only in actual defense of our country.  

We are doing everything within our power that we can to raise the conscience and consciousness of not only people in this country, but people throughout the world, who have witnessed the abuse of our Title IV Flag and assumed that "the Americans" were attacking and causing all this destruction. 

It's not the Americans.  It's the British Crown Corporation and its Territorial franchises "presuming" upon our Good Name and our delegated powers at sea, stipulated under The Constitution of the United States of America, and never intended to extend to extra-territorial acts of aggression against Iran or any other nation. 

We defined our Title IV wartime flag and gave them the use of it when exercising the delegated powers conferred under The Constitution of the United States of America, but they have been grossly and without authority extending the meaning and range of the powers delegated.  

They have been using our Title IV flag as a False Flag to cover illegal mercenary contracts funded by foreign governments.  

America is not at war with Iran.  The American people are not at war with the Iranian people. We wish only for peace and goodwill and respect among all nations. 

We have warned the international banks and trustees that we are not agreeing to pay for this mercenary conflict being mislabelled as a war.  The government franchise corporations that hired Mr. Trump to attack Iran need to pay for the costs and the reparations that will be owed to Iran and to the American people, too.  

In view of the illegality of all these actions and the long term abuse of our Title IV flag, it is our firm belief that the British Crown Corporation -- together with its franchises -- should be outlawed and dissolved as a transnational criminal enterprise.  

We are moving as quickly as possible to take back the administration of our public affairs which were formerly entrusted to federal subcontractors --- subcontractors who have acted in gross breach of trust and violation of their service contracts. 

We share your sadness and regret the loss of life and domestic infrastructure throughout Iran and throughout the Persian Gulf region.  We especially extend our sympathy to all the families of the little girls who were killed the first day of this attack when their school was targeted based on outdated information.  

Do not believe that this was anything America or the American people condoned. We feel your grief and we mourn with you, just as we mourn with the families of our own service members who have been killed for no good reason.

SC  ASSEMBLY STREET  In 1786, when Columbia was established as the state capital, the General Assembly decided that two principal thoroughfares should run perpendicular to each other through the center of the town.  One of these, Assembly Street, was named for the General Assembly, which first met in Columbia in 1790 in South Carolina's new State House, a building designed by James Hoban, who later designed the White House.

SC  RICHARDSON STREET  Columbia's chief business street, Main, was first named Richardson Street for Richard Richardson (1704-1780).  This Virginia native settled in present Clarendon County, served in the "Snow Campaign" of 1775, was commissioned Brigadier General in 1778, was a member of the Commons House of Assembly, the First and Second Provincial Congresses, and the First General Assembly.  Six S.C. Governors are among his descendants.

SC  SENATE STREET  The South Carolina General Assembly created Columbia as the state's capital city in 1786, and Senate Street was named for the upper house of that legislative body.  In 1790, the General Assembly, which designated that the town be located on the Congaree River near Fridery's [sp?] Ferry, first met in Columbia in the new State House, designed by James Hoban, who later designed the White House.

September 1, 2025:  The American Hereditary Head of State dies.

In the early morning hours of Monday, September first, our beloved Head of State, James Clinton Belcher, died in his sleep, at home.  (AVR#5506) 

September 2, 2025:  MUNICIPAL pirates attack his widow, who also happens to act as The Fiduciary of The United States of America (unincorporated).

One day after my husband's death Municipal Pirates attacked Anna Maria Riezinger for debts ascribed to a Federal PERSON "ANNA RIEZINGER" and misrepresented their interest in certain copyrighted intellectual properties describing land as if these were in fact land.  (AVR#5510) 

September 19, 2025:  The Fiduciary of The United States of America is forcibly removed from her home, which is a key business location of the American Federation of States.

I called the Governor's Office and was told that the completely illegal "eviction" from an imaginary Borough and imaginary, unknown city was "a local issue, not a State issue".

Oh, yeah, Mr. Governor Dunleavy?

What do you call these Squad Cars with STATE OF ALASKA plastered all over them? Now, which "STATE OF ALASKA" is that?

Dunleavy admitted that it wasn't his State of Alaska right there and then, didn't he?
And it sure as hell isn't our State, Alaska.

So who are these thugs? This "other" STATE OF ALASKA"?

It's the Municipal Government that shouldn't even be in Alaska, but which the Territorial Government allowed to be here according to both The Constitution of the United States and The Constitution of the United States of America.

This kind of thing has happened before.

While a mercenary conflict raged on American soil during the 1860's, members of the American Federation were hounded into hiding by their own employees, the U.S. Army.  They retreated to places like Alaska to preserve their lives... and the actual American Government (unincorporated).

Anyone who is, or ever has been, part of the U.S. Army should hang their head in shame.

The U.S. Army's reason for existence is to protect the American people and their Land-Jurisdiction Government from "all enemies, foreign and domestic."

Our State Assemblies are in Session; it's the duty of the U.S. Army to protect us individually and collectively from any False Claims, any illegal confiscations, any attacks against our persons, any Bills of Attainder. And it's the duty of the U.S. Navy to back down and honor its obligation to us to honorably discharge their duties as trustees of any of our "vessels" and "cargo".  (AVR#5546) 

They have failed to do that job, once again.

It's pathetic.

Paradox -- An Essay

The American Founding Fathers were learned men.  One of the books they were very familiar with was the Bible.

American Common Law is "common" because it is "common sense."  It is also based on common teachings of three major world religions:  Judaism, Islam and Christianity.

The key commonality is The Ten Commandments, specifically the last five (5) of those commandments in the Book of Exodus, Chapter 20...

“You shall not murder.

“You shall not commit adultery.

“You shall not steal.

“You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.

“You shall not covet your neighbor’s house. You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, or his male or female servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.”  (Exodus 20:13-17 NIV)

The Bible has been driven out of American public schools and most people are ignorant or very confused about it due to fragmentary and disparate teachings across the plethora of institutional churches and faith organizations in the culture.

Public schools do not teach critical thinking either and people have been conditioned to engage in shallow, dual-possibility arguments of right versus wrong, good versus evil, black versus white, Wolverines versus Spartans, etc.  They have lost or were never taught how to think deeply about a subject to mine the nuances and shades of gray in situations and concepts.

For one thing, they do not know how to deal with paradox.

Take the following statement, for example...

You shall not murder. 

Is there a difference between "murder" and "killing?"  When is killing justified?  When is it wrong?

Symptoms of confusion about this in current American culture include:

• The dearth of capital punishment in the de facto justice system.
• The demand for plant-based "burger patties."
• The acceptability and demand for pregnancy termination and advocacy for euthanasia services.
• The saturation of death and destruction in entertainment images.
• The acceptance and casual support for war in seemingly remote parts of the world.
• The prideful and cavalier assassinations of character on social media.
• The reflexive judgments against our neighbors in favor of arbitrary and restrictive rules fomented by a ubiquitous "nanny state." 

According to the Bible, the Israelites were given a command through Moses not to murder, but they were also instructed to completely destroy the people of the land they were being given.  On the surface that is a paradox and cannot be resolved by shallow, abbreviated thinking.

But the Bible explains it all, when it is read in context and contemplated personally.

 

As Americans and others around the world wrest control of their governments from criminals and begin operating their own courts for living people (not corporations), they will need to understand the nuances of paradoxes like this so they can be fair and administer true justice.  Personal study and learning was what the Founding Fathers did, and we must do the same.

It's a lot of work and nobody else can do it for us, but it is exhilarating and satisfying, and it must happen so all people can live in peace and prosperity. 

Editorial: $1,100,000 Per Household?

It is reported the US Federal Government is going to give every household a million dollars, supposedly on August 1.

UPDATE, July 29, 2025...

The Fiduciary of The United States of America announced last evening on her podcast (01:41:00) that the GFG "vault" will be closing very soon, probably on August 1.  This is because the Federal Reserve System is imminently going away and currently being taken over by Donald Trump's military (01:48:30).  This means the window for depositing Federal Reserve Notes (FRN) for American Federation Dollars (AFD) at a one-to-one exchange rate is quickly closing and will not be available going forward.

She said people should not assume the demise of the FRN is a bad thing.  There is an alternative available, as the MFP has previously discussed and mentioned above.

She said the next couple of months will "be a wild ride" because many people may panic, but it is ultimately a good thing.  She said most of the people in other parts of the world are waking up and realizing the Americans have been right and that their own "governments" have been just as crooked as the "U.S." (01:55:15).

 

UPDATE, August 5, 2025...

There has been no sign of the $1,100,000.00 for each household.

Apparently, "Donald J. Trump" was trying to float the idea of a new world Reserve Currency.

Today we have learned that Donald J. Trump presented the Court with a 4,500 page document attempting to justify the adoption of a new currency called the "United States Note" as the world's Reserve Currency. This would replace the fraudulent Federal Reserve Note, but be no less fraudulent.

Nine (9) of the U.S. Navy corporation's eleven (11) CVN's have been in port for quite some time.  One has been in waters near Israel (Mediterranean Sea, Red Sea and Arabian Sea), while, until recently, another has been near Southeast Asia.  That second group just recently began moving towards the Middle East, only after Netanyahu (not his real name) attacked Iran.

If the U.S. corporation were really expecting a big fight that might escalate into the "World War III" the crooks have been trying to achieve for years, they would have more of their CVN's at sea and in positions to "project power."

The MFP believes these "-yahoos" are on the run and "shooting from the hip" because they have been found out and nobody believes their lies anymore.  "Netan-yahu" is certainly on the run.  The only thing more pathetic is the unexplainable refusal of many Americans to realize their country has been used as a private pirate base storefront and their children have been used as cheap mercenaries to bully the world for 160 years.

Many people have to learn truth the hard way, unfortunately at the expense of much unnecessary death and destruction, which is how the crooks make their money. 

Glossary

The American education system has been worse than useless.  Not only has it provided its victims with deficient and erroneous information, it has crippled children with indoctrination and propaganda.

As people grapple with learning Truth and gaining control of their lives, they need access to useful and reliable information.  Most people do not know where to start.

The American Federation Fiduciary has been a key conduit of knowledge for the public, tirelessly spooning out facts and discoveries from countless researchers who have undertaken the thankless task of sifting through the detritus left by the book and library burners of history.  This has resulted in thousands of articles, as well as webinars, podcasts, emails and text messages.

Imagine a Landlord with significant property.

Imagine the people he hires to maintain the house and the grounds.  Are they the Landlord's employees?

There are a Butler, under-butlers, footmen, maids, nannies, cooks, groundskeepers, laborers and scullery maids.  The Butler is in charge and runs the house for the Landlord.

What if the employees tied up the Landlord and locked him in the cellar?  What if they then proceeded to do whatever they wanted?

What would result?

Editorial: How To Look Presentable On Video

Those who are participating in Land Jurisdiction Government are doing so over the Internet.  That means they must present themselves on a video camera.

People are used to seeing Media "talking heads" read the news.  They know what looks right, but when it comes to doing it themselves they generally do not know where to start.

That is the purpose of this editorial, to help people present themselves in flattering ways so others might take them seriously.  The Public can be very critical and are likely to dismiss a presentation if it looks sub-standard to what they are used to seeing.

This is what we should be aiming for...

Try to do what the professionals do.

Filling the frame of the picture gives the audience a good view of our body language, which conveys the most information when we communicate in person.  Body language is the reason why video works so well and we should take advantage of that when we are speaking or participating in a discussion.

Showing a lot of space above our head not only wastes screen area we could be using, it makes us look like a clown.  In the language of film/television, a lot of headspace creates an expectation that something is going to fall on our head.  Letting the top of our head almost touch the top of the screen is good.

Professional newsreaders are reading what they are saying.  There is a teleprompter giving them words and the camera lens is right behind it, which makes them appear to be looking into the lens and at the audience.  We do not have teleprompters, but we can do things to put our camera as close as possible to what we are reading or looking at.

Our Camera

I readily admit I generally do not even look people in the eye when I am speaking to them in person, and I do not like being on camera either, but it is part of the job.

When I looked for a camera to purchase, I found this...

The cable attached to the camera can be adjusted to position the lens anywhere in front of my computer screen, and it is quite small so it does not block much.  I can position what I am reading just below the lens so it appears I am close to reading from a teleprompter.

It's not perfect because there are generally videos of other people on my screen and I might be looking at them down in the corner as I am speaking, but it is a useful tool.

 

Lighting

Web cameras are pretty good at capturing reasonable video with relatively little light, but the more light we can provide the better we will look.

Here is my setup with just the light from my desk lamp.  That camera is doing a great job with such a small amount of light, but the quality is grainy and the side of my head is in shadow.  So is the back corner of the room.  Notice the annoying reflection of my computer monitor in my glasses...

 

Here is my setup with all lights on, including the desk lamp.  The lamp is a "warm" color and the other lights are all "cool" because I had daylight coming in a window from the left during the Autumn and I wanted the same color.  I can adjust the color of my lights...

Notice the reflection of the computer screen in my glasses is gone.  The rest of the lights overpower it.

 

Here is a video describing "three-point lighting," which is what I am doing...

My office is rather small and nowhere near as big as what is shown in the video.  Things don't have to be perfect.  I adapted my gear to my situation.

 

Here is my "key light" alone.  I have a "soft box" on it and have to keep the intensity down because it is very close to me in my small environment...

 

Here is my "fill light" alone.  I have a "soft box" on that one, too, and am bouncing it off the wall to reduce its intensity and diffuse the light more...

 

And here is my "back light" or "hair light" alone.  I do not have much hair, but happen to have a beard right now because it is Winter in Michigan...

Our Background

What we have in our background says a lot about us.

I have some things in my background that speak about me.

I love maps and the globe brings some context into what we are doing as we reconstruct our government.

The items on the wall are from my engineering career, and they were there before I ever learned about our political status or considered doing any web video.

The flag covers up a dark door that is distracting, and very importantly it signifies I am a man of peace and owed my unalienable rights, including my rights to free speech and to peaceably assemble.

People don't necessarily need to invest in special lights like I did, but understanding the concepts can lead to clever fixes and better presentations.

Well, There It Is...

So now we come to the curious "offer" which has been placed on our table by Mr. Trump and the "Alliance". They propose to, in their words, "re-inhabit" our American Federal Republic which we operated from 1787 to 1861, and simply substitute their British Territorial organization for our "missing" Federal Republic.

We will note that it is not possible for them to "re-inhabit" our Federal Republic, because they never inhabited it in the first place.

Our Federal Republic Government was staffed by Americans who underwent an arduous evaluation and process to become United States Citizens. This process and the particular Citizenship involved is described in the First Naturalization and Immigration Act.

Please note the Federal Republic was staffed entirely by Americans who chose to serve their country in foreign jurisdictions and exercise delegated powers on our behalf.

They were United States Citizens, not U.S. Citizens.

All U.S. Citizens are British Territorial Citizens, like the people of Puerto Rico, which is a British Commonwealth nation to this day.

They are British Subjects, not Americans.

So how would a bunch of "Tories" --- British Territorial U.S. Citizens, registered as such by Birth Certificates and labor contracts --- propose that they should act as Successors to the American Federal Constitution -- The Constitution for the united States of America -- and enter our Federal Republic and substitute themselves and their services for our own people?

Imagine a group of French Foreign Legionnaires offering to take over bureaucratic control of a substantial portion of your government under color of law. What would you tell them?

Strangely, this bizarre proposal is being fortified by ignorant Americans who still don't realize that they have been operating in a foreign political capacity as U.S. Citizens. They think they are the "real Americans" and the rest of us don't know what we are talking about.

But we do.

This means that there is no corporate tribunal for Judge Merchan to operate against any franchise named after or derived from the estate of the American baby named Donald John Trump, nor any Municipal ESTATE of the same NAME, nor any derivative CORPORATION, like DONALD J TRUMP or TRUMP, DONALD J.

The same news is being conveyed to thousands of other corporate tribunals as we speak, impacting millions of Americans who have been mischaracterized as foreign citizens and railroaded in foreign courts under False Legal Presumptions.

There are no "Fourteenth Amendment citizens of the United States" just like there are no "People" of "the State of California".

The Municipal United States Government Corporations are under new management, and the British Territorial United States Government Corporations are next in line, as the Great Fraud is being unraveled step by step.

We have long ago (more than ten years) seized upon all Land Titles issued by the British Territorial United States Government. We will be rolling up all these deceptive "land descriptions" misapplied to purported "public trust" property and returning them to the lawful owners posthaste.

This reform is worldwide.

What Is A Michiganian And Why Should You Care?

The corporations that have been providing government services for 160 years are in big trouble.

What people consider to be "money" is not money and is disappearing.

Foreign criminals have been running the world for centuries, and they have been caught.  They are not happy about it and are causing all kinds of problems.

People have been lied to and lied to and lied to, all of their lives.  Almost everything they believe is not true.

There is safe haven, but it requires correction of political status.  People must act themselves.

That means publishing the following personal documents on the Public Record, as a minimum:

• Declaration of the Naturalization Act of July 1779.
• Witness Testimony Affirming American State Political Status and Identity (#1).
• Witness Testimony Affirming American State Political Status and Identity (#2).
  

Those things are required to open a Prosperity Account with Global Family Bank in order to obtain liquid assets to purchase goods, like food.

This is a rescue effort, and is top priority.  Do not wait.
