Land and Soil Jurisdiction committees consist of people.  Kings and Queens.  They are all equal.

 

There are no power positions on the Land and Soil.

Committees get work done.  That's it.  Deadwood is not welcome.

Meeting minutes must be approved by those who participated in the meeting to ensure they are accurate.

Information must be searchable.  People do not have time to wade through hours and hours of video to find the important points.  Efficient operations require good, clear records.
