I spent a year and a half reading Anna Von Reitz articles and studying before I decided to "pull the trigger" and correct my political status.

During that time, I also started reading Brent Allan Winters' book Excellence of the Common Law, and it took me a year to plow through all 889 pages!

The only edition was published in 2008, which was well before Anna's first article in July, 2014, so the book does not reflect knowledge about The Great Fraud.  It is now out of print and hard to come by, but the information is available through other routes.  In my opinion, the author should write a second, updated edition, and have a copy editor review it for typos and errors.  Those things, and the 2276 footnotes, made it difficult to read, but the concepts were well presented and worth the effort.

When we live our lives on the Land and Soil, we must be educated.  What we were told was "education" was really indoctrination, and it taught us to be ignorant.

I learn by reading and studying on my own, but that does not work for everyone.  People must find what works best for them.

Even after all of that study, when I actually found myself on the Land and Soil I truly asked myself, "What have I done??"  This was especially true when I was sending out notices about my changed situation.  I knew I was free, but I also was realizing there was a lot I did not know.

With the help of my faith, I took one step at a time and I have been fine.

One of the scariest things at first was telling the Internal Revenue Service/IRS (two separate entities) to "pound sand."  I sent my notification letters by Registered Mail on February 21, 2023.  I got the "green card" (PS Form 3811) back from the Internal Revenue Service in Holtsville, New York, and it was stamped "RECEIVED FEB 28 2023."  The one to the IRS in Washington, DC was "Delivered, Left with individual" on March 1, 2023, according to the postal service website.  (That green card eventually showed up on August 21, 2023 and was stamped "RECEIVED JUN 13 2023 FRP 600.")

I followed the advice of AVR #3828.  I did not open the envelope, wrote on it in red what you see above, made photocopies of both sides, put it back in the postbox the next day, and put up the flag.  The postman took it and I have not heard anything from them since.

Saying that, every day I go to the postbox I dread getting something from the IRS.  But it has not happened.

I do not hear from Turbotax anymore either.  That's interesting.

Anyone addressing me as a "taxpayer" is committing fraud, and doing it through the mail is mail fraud.  Trying to get me to sign something under the penalty of perjury when they know that I know that I would be committing perjury by signing it, is suborning perjury.

Several months later, I worked with my former employer's pension administrator (I am retired) to stop the withholding from my monthly payments.  I learned how to do that from this video provided by The Ohio Assembly.  That effort was successful and I followed it up by creating this template for others to consider...

After that, I went to my local credit union branch and showed them my ASN Credential Card.  They made a copy for their records.  I also asked to update my signature card, and they gave me a form.  I could see that it was actually a contract, so I told them I needed some time to study it and decide how to proceed.

I went home and created a letter similar to the one I had given to the pension administrator, filled out the signature card contract by autographing (cursive) in blue with my byline, copyright symbol©, and adding "All rights reserved, without prejudice."  I also included copies of the IRS forms I had done for the pension administrator, to protect them in case they get audited.

I then went back to the branch office, gave the employee the information, and suggested they show it to their attorneys.  Several days later, I received a cordial phone call from the branch manager.  They eventually said that I could continue to do business with them if I signed in the way I had done previously.  I asked them to write down two references:  18 USC 241 and 18 USC 242, and then told them they needed to explain their response in writing and they had five (5) days to resolve the issue.  They agreed to do that.

I have not heard from them since and have continued to do business with them as I had done before.  I autograph any checks I write with my byline in blue with copyright symbol©, but do not include the "all rights reserved, without prejudice" statements because I do not want to cause friction.  They have that elsewhere and I have made my intentions clear.

These experiences are learning opportunities for us, and they are learning opportunities for the people we are dealing with.  Those people are fellow michiganians who have been deceived into believing they are U.S. Citizens, just like we were.  They are just as indoctrinated and deserve to know the truth.  Be nice.  Help them learn.
