Corporations relentlessly increase efficiency in pursuit of profit, and they have developed very effective methods and tools.
One of those tools is written procedures. "Workflow" might be a good term to use because it emphasizes getting work done.
The Michigan Assembly (TMA) has developed a good workflow for getting people back onto the Land and Soil. It also has some less-developed, written ideas for getting people into de jure government roles.
The TMA Recording Secretary Manual is detailed, and it is based on actual experience. It is scalable, which means it will work for the small number of people currently joining the ranks of michiganians, and it can be adapted for use by all 83 counties, big and small.

Writing procedures and developing workflows can help a team think through what they are doing. Making diagrams can help visualize things. Identifying and tracking key metrics can help identify bottlenecks. Streamlining the process will make it more efficient so more people can be served with less effort and fewer errors.
Having written plans and tracking progress helps make sure things are appropriately moving forward.

TMA has struggled to move on to Step 7, establishing a Jural Assembly and Courts, and it really has not completed Step 5. The General Assembly subcommittees have not been established. These things were discussed in previous Michiganian Free Press articles.
Michiganians have not run their de jure government for 160 years, and nobody alive today knows what it looks like. Many people cannot comprehend without seeing it in front of them. They need a "picture."
The best way to "paint the picture" is to learn by doing. Starting with a list and giving it a try is a way to begin.

Very few workflows have been thought about, let alone developed.
Some efforts were made to develop an Administrative Process workflow during 2023 because some people were in trouble with the subcontractors. That was an unfortunate distraction...
